For this Italian cooking holiday we will be returning to this stunning 17th-century Italian villa, nestled in the serene Tuscan countryside of Orbicciano. Surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves, and vineyards, this idyllic retreat offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable Italian cooking holiday. Just a short distance from Lucca and Pisa—two cities rich with history, art, and architecture—you’ll experience the very best of Tuscany in both its cuisine and culture.

Over the course of 5 days (6 nights), you’ll immerse yourself in cooking authentic Italian dishes using the freshest, locally sourced ingredients. In between classes, you’ll indulge in delicious meals prepared by our guest chef, paired with exceptional Italian wines.

Beyond the kitchen, you’ll immerse yourself in the local culture through a variety of exciting activities. You’ll enjoy a guided tour of Lucca, a city steeped in history, known for its beautifully preserved Renaissance walls, Romanesque churches, and charming cobblestone streets. There will be a visit to Tenuta Maria Teresa for wine tasting, where you can sample some of the region’s finest wines while admiring the stunning countryside views. You’ll also take part in an olive oil tasting, discovering the secrets behind locally produced extra virgin olive oil. When it’s time to unwind, relax by the pool with a glass of wine or gather around the fire in the evenings, sharing stories and making new friends.

This cooking holiday is more than just a culinary journey—it’s a chance to immerse yourself in the true spirit of Tuscany. From its time-honored cuisine to its warm, welcoming culture, every moment will leave you with lasting memories, whether you’re cooking, exploring, or simply soaking in the beauty of the Tuscan countryside.
