We are very excited to be partnering up again with Castel Campo at their magical property in Trentino, Italy! Castel Campo has been a community refuge for over 1,000 years, serving as home to various projects focused on the arts, deep ecology, and the wellbeing of vulnerable people. Join us for a week of delicious Italian dishes, cooking classes, and explorations of the breathtaking Dolomite mountains, making this the perfect Italian cooking holiday.

What to expect:

We begin by welcoming you with a delicious feast, the perfect opportunity to get to know one another. Throughout your stay, you’ll have the chance to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of Castel Campo and the companionship of fellow travelers. Each day will feature a two-hour Italian cooking class hosted by Favorita, after which you’ll sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve created.

The team at Castel Campo will take you up into the Dolomites to experience the magnificent views of the mountains, forage for mushrooms, and enjoy a scenic lunch. You’ll also have the opportunity to embark on other excursions, such as a visit to a local honey farm and swimming in the stunning Lake Tenno, should you choose. There will, of course, be plenty of time for relaxation as you take in the beautiful grounds and surroundings of this ancient castle.

Each evening, as the sun sets, we will gather around the campfire to reflect on our day together and share stories.
