Favorita Cookery is a husband and wife team, Henry and Laura, based in London but working throughout the UK and Europe. With over two decades of combined experience, including Henry’s time as head chef at London’s renowned Moro & Morito, we bring a wealth of culinary expertise to every experience we offer.

We specialize in cooking holidays across the UK and Europe, where guests can immerse themselves in regional cuisines and culinary traditions. From making fresh pasta in Italy to preparing traditional Spanish tapas, our cooking holidays are designed to offer authentic, hands-on experiences in some of Europe’s most beautiful locations.

In addition to our cooking holidays, we offer private cheffing services worldwide. Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a larger event, we create bespoke menus using only the finest ingredients, ensuring an exceptional dining experience wherever you are.

What is a cooking holiday? It’s food, paired with wine, paired with people, paired with a passion for travel and good times.

We have combined our two favourite things, holidays and cooking, to create an experience where our guests can learn, relax and make new friends. They are fun, hands-on and open to all levels of cooking experience. We only work with small groups, which allows everyone to get involved.

Our cooking holidays in Italy and Spain give you the opportunity to taste the ingredients and learn to cook the food of the local area, whilst exploring nearby landscapes and culture and meeting producers who love to share their knowledge.

The venues we work with all have their own unique appeal, whether it’s the rural calm and stunning views of a Spanish mountain village in Andalucia, the elegance of a classic Tuscan villa with it’s own private pool or a magical medieval castle set amongst the Dolomites in northern Italy.
