After four sold out cookery holidays and a feature in The Times Food and Travel and Spectator life magazine we are back with David and Emma at Las Chimeneas in the beautiful Alpujarras mountains in Andalucia.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed with a delicious Moorish feast prepared by us. The week will comprise of four hands on cookery classes and one demonstration, as well as the opportunity to do some sherry tasting. All other meals will be provided by Conchi and her team here at Las Chimeneas.

Interspersed with the cooking lessons will be walking, a day out to Mercado San Agustin in Granada, a trip to our local jamon producer and silk weaver, and a chance to visit the Alhambra.

With Henry’s experience as head chef of London’s Moro restaurant, there couldn’t be a better way to learn about the history and flavours of Andalucia and its Moorish cuisine. Wake up every morning with stunning views of the Sierra Nevada, the sun shining and the sound of birds singing.
